QUALIFYING
CRITERIA

We know that the biggest challenge to all small and medium-sized businesses is access to finance. Whilst we wish we could assist everyone, we have an obligation towards you, to loan responsibly and with discretion.

Our pre-qualifying criteria assists us with this.

You need to have a registered business that has been trading for at least 1 year. (Start-ups do not qualify).
A minimum annual turnover of R1 million (or 85000 per month).

Determine the amount you wish to loan (amounts between R50k to R3m).

Answer the few easy questions and provide us with your contact details, then submit.

DOCUMENTS
REQUIRED

Our consultants will contact you within hours to verify your application and to request these documents:

Latest 6-months bank statements of your business
A Pollen application form (we will provide this to you for your signature)

If preliminary approval has been granted, based on our system’s assessment of your business cash flow, some more legal documents will be requested.

WE ARE DEPENDENT ON YOU TO SUPPLY US WITH THE CORRECT INFO, ONCE RECEIVED, AND IF APPROVED, WE PROMISE TO HAVE THE FUNDS IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN JUST 3 DAYS, IF NOT SOONER.

FEES

We charge an all inclusive fee of 25% of the amount loaned. Eg. your business loans R100,000, your fee would be R25, 000 and you would therefore pay back R125,000 over the period of the loan *

There are NO upfront payments required. You only start paying after you have received the full loan amount in your company bank account
There are NO hidden costs such as application fees etc

TERM

The loan term is a maximum of 8 months subject to certain conditions.
The standard loan is repayable in equal weekly instalments
Monthly instalments are available for qualifying businesses, dependent on one s cash flow
Early settlement discounts of up to 75% are available
